Installed to other than default drive/path location

We discovered an oversight in building the current installshield
installation for PVM3.4 in that it does not account for one startup file
used by the ATAMAN rsh package.  So, if you are using ATAMAN and
installed PVM 3.4 to a location other than C:\Program Files\PVM3.4  --
you will have to edit ~pvm3.4\win32\file.env to indicate the correct
drive and file location. You must specify the DOS short format path and
filename.
